The PPF-A917 functional trainer gives members two independent cable columns with height-adjustable pulley carriages, so presses, rows, flyes, rotations and leg work can all be performed at the right angle. A multi-grip pull-up bar across the top adds bodyweight work, and an exercise chart on the central shroud helps users get started.
