Prime Power Fitness equipment warranty
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in commercial and residential settings alike. It applies to the original purchaser, from the date of delivery.
Warranty terms
- Structural frame and welds
- Lifetime (original purchaser, while they own the equipment)
- Moving parts: pulleys, cables, bearings, guide rods, bushings, pins, springs, weight-stack components
- 3 years
- Upholstery, grips, pads and finishes
- 1 year
What is not covered
- Normal wear (cables, upholstery).
- Misuse or loads beyond the specifications.
- Assembly or installation not carried out by us or our installer.
- Lack of routine maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, cable inspection.
- Outdoor use or corrosive environments.
- Modifications, accidents and cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
What we do
We repair or replace the defective part and ship it to you. Labour is not included, unless we installed the equipment and the claim is made within the first year.
Making a claim
Email contact@primepower-fitness.com with your order number, photos or a video, and a description of the problem.
Freight damage follows a different process: note it on the delivery receipt and tell us within 48 hours (7 days for concealed damage).
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to the warranties provided by law, such as Québec’s legal warranty of quality and fitness, and does not limit them. The full terms are in our Terms of Sale.
