The PPF-A915 brings two classic arm exercises together on one selectorized machine: the biceps curl and the triceps extension. The user sits with the upper arms resting on the arm pad while the pivoting arm guides every rep, so both the biceps and the triceps work along a controlled path. One station, two movements: a smart use of floor space.
