The PPF-HM124 is a small selectorized machine for the wrists and forearms. The forearm rests on the pad while the hand turns the rotating wrist bar against a weight stack that runs on twin guide rods; the load is set with the selector pin. It is an easy way to add dedicated grip and forearm work to any facility.
