The Smith machine guides the bar along vertical rods, so members can squat, press, lunge and row with a fixed path and rack the bar at any hook position with a turn of the wrists. It is a versatile full-body station for the legs, chest, shoulders and back. Pull-up handles at the top add bodyweight work, and bottom springs on the guide rods cushion the bar.
