The PPF-HY39 is an adjustable dumbbell bench. A ladder-style mechanism sets the back pad from flat to upright positions, and the seat pad adjusts to match, so one bench covers flat presses, incline presses and seated shoulder work. It trains the chest, shoulders and triceps and supports rows, curls and many other dumbbell exercises.
