The PPF-HY38 is an upright utility bench, also used as a shoulder press seat. The tall, two-section back pad supports the torso for seated dumbbell shoulder presses, lateral raises and curls, training the shoulders and triceps with a braced, upright posture. The angled foot rest helps lifters stay planted.
