The PPF-HM99 is a guided tower press: sliding carriages run on angled chrome guide rods, so the load travels along a fixed, controlled path, in the spirit of a Smith machine. Paired with its adjustable bench, it trains the chest, front shoulders and triceps at different bench positions. The guided path makes it easy to train close to failure with confidence.
