The PPF-HY48 is an Olympic squat rack for barbell squats and other rack-based lifts. Lifters unrack the bar from the catches at the right height and squat to train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Side spotter arms catch the bar if a rep is missed, and built-in plate horns keep plates close at hand.
