The PPF-HY45 is an angled back extension, often called a Roman chair or hyperextension bench. With the hips on the pads and the ankles locked under the rollers, users hinge forward and extend back up, training the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. It is also popular for loaded hip extensions holding a plate or dumbbell.
