The PPF-HY42 is an Olympic incline bench for the incline barbell bench press. Lifters sit on the adjustable seat, lean back on the incline pad and press the bar from the catches, putting the emphasis on the upper chest and front shoulders, with the triceps assisting. A spotter platform lets a partner stand behind the bar during heavy sets.
