The preacher curl bench isolates the biceps by supporting the upper arms on an angled pad, which limits body swing and keeps the tension on the working muscle. Lifters can curl with an EZ bar, a straight bar or dumbbells, then rest the bar on the catch arms between sets. The height-adjustable seat fits a wide range of users.
Design & features
- Angled arm pad for strict curls
- Height-adjustable seat
- Bar catch arms to rack the bar
- Foot plates for a stable stance
