The PPF-A947 is built around the reverse crunch, an effective exercise for the abdominals and core. The user stands with the back against the pad, holds the overhead handles and curls the legs and pelvis upward against the roller pads. Foot steps make it easy to get into position, and the vertical layout keeps the footprint small.
Design & features
- Back pad that keeps the torso supported
- Overhead handles for a secure hold
- Roller pads for the legs
- Foot steps for easy access
- All-black frame and upholstery
