The sissy squat bench lets lifters perform the sissy squat safely: the lower legs are locked behind the roller pads while the body leans back and the knees travel forward, placing an intense load on the quadriceps. The shin and calf rollers adjust with a pop-pin to fit different leg lengths, and the diamond-plate platform gives the feet a secure base.
Design & features
- Shin and calf roller pads with pop-pin adjustment
- Diamond-plate foot platform
- Padded support
- Clean all-black frame
