The PPF-HM123 offers two ways to train trunk rotation with bodyweight. On one side, a round rotating seat with a foot bar allows seated twists; on the other, a silver rotation disc allows standing twists. The central post with hand bars keeps the upper body anchored so the obliques and core drive the movement.
