The PPF-K177 is an A-frame press station: two independent carriages slide along angled guide rods, so each arm presses on its own converging path. With the included adjustable bench, users can set up flat, incline or seated presses for the chest, shoulders and triceps, and rack the carriages on multi-position hook pegs.
