The PPF-HM106 isolates the shoulders with a seated lateral raise. Sitting with the chest against the pad, the user lifts the red lever arms by pushing the elbows up and out against the arm pads, so the side deltoids do the work while the hands and forearms stay relaxed. The height-adjustable seat post fits users of different sizes.
