The PPF-HM105 gives each leg its own footplate on an independent red swing arm. Members can press with both legs together or one at a time, which makes it easy to spot and correct strength differences in the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. The seat slides on a rail with an adjustment handle to fit users of different leg lengths.
