The PPF-HY56 is a plate-loaded angled leg press. Lifters recline on the adjustable back pad and push the sled up its angled track with a large foot plate, loading the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Foot placement on the wide plate lets users shift the emphasis between the quads and the posterior chain.
