The PPF-A941 takes the T-bar row, a staple of back training, and adds a chest pad so the torso stays supported through every rep. The user can pull hard with the lats, rhomboids and biceps without the lower back having to hold the position. Multi-grip handles on a sliding adjustable bar let each member choose a grip width that suits their build.
