The chest-supported T-bar row lets lifters row heavy for the lats, mid-back and biceps while the chest rests on a pad at the top of the A-frame. Because the torso is supported, the lower back stays out of the movement and the upper back does the work. Sliding, rotating handles on the red lever arm allow different grips, and a single horn makes loading quick.
