The PPF-HM97A is a compact plate-loaded belt squat. A chain belt connects the lifter’s hips to the lever arm, so the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings take the load while the spine stays free of a barbell. The platform has a center cut-out that gives the belt room to travel through a deep squat.
