The PPF-A975 guides the row along two parallel tracks, giving a smooth, straight pull. With the chest on the pad and the feet on the foot plate, the user rows the multi-grip handles back to work the lats, mid-back and biceps. End-stop bumpers cushion the return, and the chest support removes strain from the lower back.
