The PPF-HM91 is a plate-loaded iso-lateral bench press performed lying on a flat bench. It trains the chest, front shoulders and triceps like a classic bench press, but the two press arms move independently instead of a fixed barbell. Lifters can push one side at a time or both together, and no rack-out of a barbell is needed.
Design & features
- Flat bench for a lying pressing position
- Independent red press arms for unilateral or bilateral pressing
- Weight horns on each arm for Olympic plates
- Plate storage horns on the frame
- Black frame with red accents and black upholstery
Ideal for
Commercial gyms, athletic performance centers, university weight rooms and training studios that want a dedicated plate-loaded station for this movement. It also suits well-equipped private gyms with room for a full-size plate-loaded machine.
