The PPF-HM98 is a dual-station plate-loaded machine that combines an iso-lateral chest press and a lat pulldown in one frame. The press side trains the chest, front shoulders and triceps, while the pulldown side works the lats and biceps. Two users can train pushing and pulling movements on a single footprint.
