The PPF-A975A is the iso-lateral version of our dual-track row. Each arm moves independently on its guide rods, so members can row with one side at a time or both together and even out strength differences. The rotating handles let the wrists follow a natural path while the chest pad keeps the torso supported and the lower back unloaded.
