The PPF-HY73 is a plate-loaded iso-lateral shoulder press. Seated against the adjustable back pad, lifters press the independent arms overhead, training the shoulders and triceps. Each arm moves on its own, so users can press one side at a time or both together and keep their shoulder strength balanced.
