The PPF-A969 kneeling leg curl trains the hamstrings one leg at a time. The user kneels on the knee pad, rests the chest and forearms on the upper pad, holds the handles and curls the heel toward the glutes against the ankle roller. The supported position keeps the hips steady so the hamstrings do the work.
