The PPF-A935 combines two staple movements on one plate-loaded frame. Pull the overhead lever down to the chest for a lat pulldown that works the back and biceps, or use it as a press-down to target the triceps. Thigh hold-down rollers keep the user anchored to the seat, so the load can go up without lifting off.
