The PPF-HM122 is dedicated to the forearms and grip, often overlooked in general gym layouts. Around its triangular central column, several grip handles at different stations let members work the wrists and forearms from different angles, with a forearm pad for support. Load is added on a load pin with a hanging strap, and plate storage horns sit on the legs.
