The PPF-A946 pendulum squat moves the user along an arc rather than a straight line, keeping the torso upright and the knees free to travel forward. The result is a deep squat that hits the quadriceps and glutes hard while the shoulder pads and back pad take the load off the spine. The large angled foot platform allows different stances.
