The PPF-A945 turns the classic hyperextension into a loadable movement. The user braces against the hip pads with the ankles secured under the adjustable rollers, then extends the hips against a plate-loaded lever arm. This lets the lower back, glutes and hamstrings be trained with measurable, progressive resistance instead of bodyweight alone.
