The PPF-A945A is a heavier version of our plate-loaded back extension, recognizable by its longer lever arm with an extra linkage at the front. The user braces on the hip pads, locks the ankles under the adjustable rollers and extends the hips against the loaded arm, working the lower back, glutes and hamstrings with progressive resistance.
