The PPF-A930 isolates the biceps with a plate-loaded curl. The upper arms rest on the pad while independent lever arms move each side on its own, which helps correct imbalances and keeps the effort on the biceps rather than the shoulders or lower back. Load it with plates for a smooth, progressive resistance.
