The PPF-HY90 Plate-Loaded Decline Chest Press targets the lower chest and triceps with a downward-angled pressing path. The seated, supported position removes the need to lie head-down on a decline bench, making decline work easier to set up. Independent press arms allow two-arm, alternating or single-arm sets to balance strength between sides. It completes a chest line alongside flat and incline presses.
