The Plate-Loaded Flat Bench Press PPF-A810 is designed for serious strength training. This flat bench press reproduces the classic horizontal press on a guided lever path, building the chest, front shoulders and triceps without the need for a spotter. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
