The PPF-A951 gives members the feel of a bench press on a guided, plate-loaded machine. Lying on the flat bench, the user presses the multi-grip handles to work the chest, front shoulders and triceps without needing a spotter. An adjustable foot/leg rest mechanism helps each user settle into a stable position before the set.
