The PPF-HY94 Plate-Loaded Front Lat Pulldown trains the lats, upper back and biceps with a vertical pull in front of the body. The user sits under the overhead grip bar, locks the legs under the thigh pads and pulls the arms down toward the chest. The lever path gives a smooth, consistent resistance, and plate loading allows easy progression.
