The PPF-J500-04 Plate-Loaded Front Lat Pulldown trains the lats, upper back and biceps with a vertical pull from overhead. The user sits with the thighs locked under the hold-down roller and draws the two long pulldown arms down toward the body. The lever design gives a smooth, consistent pull, and plate loading makes it easy to progress from light to heavy work.
