The PPF-HY92 Plate-Loaded High Row trains the lats, upper back and biceps with a pull that starts high and in front of the body. The angle sits between a pulldown and a row, giving members a different stimulus for back width and thickness. Independent arms allow two-arm or single-arm work, and thigh pads keep the body stable as the load increases.
