The Plate-Loaded Incline Chest Fly PPF-A828 is designed for serious strength training. This incline chest fly brings the fly arms together in a wide arc from an incline back pad, isolating the upper chest with help from the front shoulders. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
