The PPF-HY88 Plate-Loaded Incline Chest Press focuses on the upper chest with an inclined pressing path. The independent press arms move separately, so members can press with both arms, alternate, or work one side to balance strength. The shoulders and triceps assist through every rep, and plate loading makes it easy to progress from light to heavy sets.
