The Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Leg Extension PPF-A820 is designed for serious strength training. This iso-lateral leg extension uses independent lever arms so each leg extends on its own, isolating the quadriceps and helping correct left-right imbalances. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
