The PPF-HY108 is a plate-loaded kneeling leg curl. Users kneel on the pads, rest the torso on the chest/forearm pad and curl the heel toward the glutes against the ankle roller, isolating the hamstrings. The kneeling position locks the hips in place and lets each leg train on its own.
