On the PPF-K569 the user kneels on the knee pad, braces on the upper pad and curls the heel toward the glutes against a plate-loaded lever. The kneeling position isolates the hamstrings and allows focused work on each leg.
Design & features
- Upper forearm/chest pad with handles
- Knee pad
- Curl lever with ankle rollers
- Chrome weight horns for loading standard plates
Ideal for
Commercial gyms, personal training studios and serious home gyms looking for plate-loaded strength work without a weight stack. It fits naturally next to a free-weight area, where plates are already on hand.
