The PPF-T-KLC-0008 Plate-Loaded Kneeling Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings from a kneeling position. The user rests the forearms on the upper pad, supports the knees on the thigh pads and curls the heels up against the ankle rollers. The kneeling stance keeps the hips stable and places the hamstrings under a strong contraction, while plates allow fine load changes.
