The PPF-HM118 is a plate-loaded lat pulldown. Seated under the thigh rollers, lifters pull the handles down toward the chest, training the lats, upper back and biceps. Two handle options share the same frame: the PPF-HM118 with a wide overhead grip bar, and the HM118A with sliding, adjustable swivel D-handles for a freer hand path.
