The Plate-Loaded Leg Extension PPF-A821 is designed for serious strength training. This leg extension isolates the quadriceps: seated with back and head supported, the user extends the knees against an ankle roller on a single lever arm. Resistance comes from standard weight plates loaded on the weight horns, so the load can progress gradually from warm-up sets to heavy work.
Design & features
- Seat with back pad and head pad
- Ankle roller on the lever arm
- Side handles
- Weight horn for loading plates
Ideal for
Commercial gyms, university and team weight rooms, and strength-focused training studios that want a dedicated plate-loaded station for this movement on a full-size strength floor.
