The PPF-HY76 Plate-Loaded Leg Extension isolates the quadriceps in a seated position. The user extends the knees against shin pads while a thigh hold-down roller keeps the hips anchored, so the effort stays on the front of the thighs. Loading with plates makes it easy to progress from light rehab-style sets to heavy work.
Design & features
- Adjustable back pad to align the knee with the pivot
- Thigh hold-down roller for a stable seated position
- Shin pads on the lever arm
- Side handles to brace during the set
- Weight horns for Olympic plates
Ideal for
Commercial gyms, training studios and university gyms that want a plate-loaded leg extension alongside their squat and leg press stations.
