The PPF-A956 leg press features split footplates that can move independently or together. Pressed together, they deliver a classic leg press for the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings; used separately, they let members train each leg on its own to address imbalances. Linear guide rods keep the travel smooth and the adjustable backrest fits different users.
